Pay In overview
Pay In is how businesses collect money through your payment program — cards, ACH, digital wallets, and in-person options. Without it, merchants handle collections in a separate tool, which breaks the experience and hands revenue to a third party. Pay In brings acceptance into the platform so merchants can complete transactions without handing off to a third-party tool. Partners control which methods are available and how they’re configured. These guides cover each payment method and channel.
Payabli’s Pay In capabilities include:
- Making sale transactions: either card-present with a device, via the API, embedded components, hosted payment pages, the virtual terminal in the UI, or via payment links.
- Making recurring or scheduled transactions.
- Saving payment methods for future use. This is also called “tokenization”.
- Invoicing customers to request payments.
