The Payabli Portal gives partners and merchants visibility into transactions, settlements, and payment operations. Your in-app experience varies depending on whether you’re logging in as a partner managing an organization or as a merchant operating a paypoint.

Environments

Payabli has two separate environments. Use sandbox to build and test, then switch to production when you’re ready to go live.

Sandbox and production environments are fully isolated. Credentials and data don’t carry over between them.

Log in as a partner

Your login URL follows this pattern, where {organization} is the slug Payabli assigns to your organization:

 https://app.payabli.com/{organization}/signin

For sandbox:

 https://app-sandbox.payabli.com/{organization}/signin
Logging in at the organization level gives you access to all paypoints within that organization. You can also log in directly to a specific paypoint’s URL: https://app.payabli.com/{paypoint-id}/signin. If you’re logged in, use the search box in the top right of the Portal to switch to a different organization or paypoint.

If you don’t have credentials yet:

  • New partner organization: Payabli provisions your account during onboarding, emailing you your credentials.
  • Existing organization: an existing admin can invite you directly.

Once you receive your invitation email, follow the steps in Create your Payabli user account to complete setup.

Log in as a merchant

Your payment solution provider manages your Portal access. If you don’t have credentials yet, contact them to request a login URL. Once you receive an invitation, follow the steps in Create your Payabli user account to complete setup. Once you’ve completed setup, your Portal URL is: https://app.payabli.com/{paypoint-id}/signin.
