Manage automated reports (Portal)
Partners and merchants can schedule recurring reports, so no one has to manually pull and export the same report. Payabli emails each report as a CSV file to the recipients you configure.
Learn more about automated reports in Notifications and reports overview. To manage event-based notifications instead, see Manage notifications in the UI.
To manage automated reports, go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, then select the Reports tab. By default, the table lists reports by type, with one row per report type. Toggle Group by Subscribers to view the same subscriptions organized by recipient instead — useful when you want to review or change everything a specific person receives in one place.
Schedule a new automated report
- Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, then select the Reports tab.
- Click Set Up Report Delivery.
- Enter the email address of each recipient.
- Select the delivery frequency.
- Select the timezone to use for the schedule.
- Select the reports to include. Available report types are Pay In Transactions, Pay In Settlements, Pay In Returned, and Boarding.
- Click Review to see a summary of the scheduled report.
- Click Add Notification to confirm.
Manage subscribers by report
With Group by Subscribers off, the Reports tab lists one row per report type. From here, you can add or remove subscribers for a specific report.
Add subscribers
Add recipients to a report type that’s already scheduled, without setting up a new schedule from scratch.
- Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, then select the Reports tab, with Group by Subscribers off.
- Find the report, click its three-dot menu, then click Add Subscribers.
- Enter the email addresses for the new subscribers. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
- Select the delivery frequency.
- Select the timezone for this group of subscribers.
- Click Subscribe Users.
Remove subscribers
You can remove subscribers in three ways: all at once, one at a time, or everyone at a single delivery frequency.
Remove all subscribers
- Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, then select the Reports tab, with Group by Subscribers off.
- Find the report, click its three-dot menu, then click Unsubscribe Users.
- Click Unsubscribe Users to confirm.
Removing all subscribers removes the report from the table. To schedule it again, see Schedule a new automated report.
Remove an individual subscriber
- Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, then select the Reports tab.
- Find the report, click its three-dot menu, then click View Details.
- Find the frequency group containing the subscriber you want to remove, and expand the accordion.
- Click the red x next to the subscriber’s email. This removes only that person — the frequency group’s Unsubscribe Users icon instead removes everyone at that frequency.
- Click Delete Notification to confirm.
Remove all subscribers at a frequency
A report can have subscribers on more than one delivery frequency at once — for example, some subscribed daily and others weekly. Use this to clear everyone at one frequency without touching the rest.
- Open the report’s detail panel as described in Remove an individual subscriber.
- Find the frequency you want to clear, and click its Unsubscribe Users icon.
- Click Delete Notification to confirm.
This removes every subscriber at that frequency, but leaves subscribers at other frequencies for the same report untouched.
Manage subscribers by person
Toggle Group by Subscribers to manage everything a specific person receives from one place, instead of finding them across multiple report rows.
View subscriptions
- Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications, select the Reports tab, then turn on Group by Subscribers.
- Find the subscriber’s row, and click View Details to see a summary of the reports they’re subscribed to.
Add a subscriber to another report
- Find the subscriber, click their three-dot menu, then click Subscribe to Report.
- Confirm the subscriber’s email address and timezone. Both are pre-filled from their existing subscription.
- Select the reports to subscribe them to.
- Click Review, then click Add Notification to confirm.
Remove a subscriber from one or more reports
- Find the subscriber, click their three-dot menu, then click Unsubscribe from Reports.
- Select the report types to remove.
- Click Review, then click Unsubscribe to confirm.
Unsubscribing removes every frequency under a selected report type. If the subscriber receives that report at more than one frequency, all of them are removed.
